I stumbled across this interesting climate a while ago. It's a very unique climate with probably nowhere else in the world like this really. It's similar to a highland version of Mumbai but it's even wetter during the monsoon season. The monsoon season has the coolest highs and means across the whole year, probably due to the cloudiness and rain. Its latitude is 18N so I guess it's not too far-fetched for summer to be cooler than winter. I'd rate it a C because rain that heavy and consistent can be pretty annoying. It could also use a somewhat more pronounced cool season. Maybe it could be C- if I live there and find that the rain is horribly annoying, but I think I'll be generous for now. If the infrastructure is flood-resistant, I don't think it would be that bad. Please rate fairly and do not consider non-climatic factors such as air pollution.

100β in a month? Fuck that. F+ since October to May is ok.
You sure those stats are right? Thatβs pretty far north for summer highs to be almost 20 f cooler than early spring.

Well they come from an official government site, and I even checked the stats and corrected the wrong stats (Someone vandalized it several years ago.). Sites like weatherspark don't handle mountainous areas well, although even it says summer highs are 20 Β°F cooler than spring highs: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satara_(city)#Climate. Being warmer than the wiki stats is due to weatherspark's poor sense of altitude in its extrapolations. Another way to prove it is to check nearby cities. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satara_(city)#Climate is similar but warmer and drier. Summer highs are 20 Β°F cooler than spring highs as well. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pune#Climate is sourced at a different web page and even it has summer highs that are (almost) 20 Β°F cooler than spring highs.

Inhumane amount of rainfall. Tempwise it is not too bad, but that rain, nope. Can only imagine the mould aswell.

To be honest, I didn't find this climate myself. Rather, I took it from a post on C-D: www.city-data.com/forum/55875172-post52.htmlThe C-D post had the old vandalized stats, which weren't that different from the real stats.

F+; the only reason for its "+", is owing to the possibility that it might get exciting hurricanes.

F. Far too wet, though I guess at least all that rain would wash all the shit off the streets.

This is one of the most unique climates I've ever seen! Good find. I'm reading the City data thread now, I love unusual climates and records.
I rate A+ for interest, but it's horribly wet four months of the year, too dry in other months, and lacks a winter. The variety and comfortable temperatures in most months help, so I rate it a D.

E; rainfall makes it interesting, though summer being cooler than winter is a big no-no for me. Very interesting climate however.

Pleasant temperatures all year round warrant a C-/D+ rating (depending on the year). But the rainfall is fucking insane and out of nowhere. Reminds me of that movie I watched once that was pretty much a PG film but had the most graphic sex scene that came out of nowhere! Lmao
