I'd rather call it a malfunctional form of NYC. NYC.exe has stopped working.
To answer your question, Boston.

I've been Quakertown many times. The answer is D none of the above. Most like Newark if anything. But for voting purposes I guess Boston, but it's not like Boston at all

Seems like a typical east cost US climate to me. Not much difference.

Seems like a typical east cost US climate to me. Not much difference. There are significant differences from DC to Boston though. Distance from the ocean, elevation, and latitude all play a part in determining snow and winter temps, summer heat or enjoyable summers aka the transition from Cfa to Dfa to Dfb

It has the same climate regimes. Continental with minor influences from the adjacent Atlantic Ocean. Warm moist summers and moderately cold moist winters. Meh....

I feel like Philly and Boston are noticeably different, Boston has much cooler average highs and nearly twice the average annual snowfall. Philly and NYC are pretty much the same climate though, Philly has very slightly higher highs in spring and summer but besides that it's pretty much the same. Think it's a bit silly to try and differentiate the two.
That being said, Boston is probably most similar to Quakertown, PA.
