Odd numbers are more perfect than even numbers. Most people would probably automatically say even numbers are more perfect than odd numbers but nature seems to disagree. For example, many things are in fives.
That said, six (hexa) and eight (octa) are the most common even numbers in nature, with six being the more prevalent.

Among natural numbers only, I would say prime numbers. The Fibonacci sequence is nice too.

I know this is random, but I like numbers in the "3" family. 3, 9, 27, 81, 243, etc. I've always found them interesting. So I'd say my favorite numbers are numbers divisible by 3 and 9.
The "2" family is good too, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, etc etc.
