Stop the press, guys, SMHI have declared autumn to be here on 3 October already
Babu and Ariete can vouch for this being real. Sweden is in autumn now! Thanks to SMHI for the accurate observation and good luck keeping the accuracy up next year, perhaps even going with 8 September might work!

So its also the earliest end to Summer in Sweden since 1979.... lmao Meanwhile in Sweden, the nationwide September heat record was also nearly broken on the 1st, so I can safely assure that summer has ended way before this one with a proper definition. It's just that the one that would make sense (past week averaging above 15°C means) is not used.
