Fuck it. I've not done one of these for months now, so why not?
Let's just call it "less than ideal". Summers would need to be a bit better to save a D- but it's definitely a strong E+ regardless. I presume it'll fare better among cold lovers. Basically a more extreme Edmonton, after all.

B+, beautiful temps from October through May, but kinda subpar the rest of the year. A bit lacking in precipitation and snow as well. But a good climate nonetheless.

Lame frigid and arid winters, trash patterns that cause extreme winter cold snaps, and very weak, albeit sunny summers, so a E+ from me.
Edmonton itself is a D from me.

D. Too cold but not terrible, unfortunately summer looks pretty wet otherwise it wouldβve been a D+.

C+; summers look fairly fun and variable, but them gnarly winters bite far too much, with far too little snowfall for such crippling cold (close to β50Β° C at times)..!

B It could be snowier but the temps are overall very nice. But, after experiencing the very shittiest of Edmonton crummer weather this past July, I have to say that alone will downgrade this quite heavily. Perhaps it was an unusually bad stretch though, since Vancouver was kinda in the same pattern at that time as well with strong subtropical SW flow. For most of July...

Are you TRYING to find my favorite climate? Lol. This is a good one, probably either B+ or A- can't decide.

D.
Been here in the summer a couple times. Once was pouring rain with temps hovering around 10C...in mid July! The other was during the smoke infested summer of 2018 when temps were fairly warm around 28C.
Overall, winters are A quality but the rest of the year lets this climate down with prolonged winters and wet summers.
