Luxor
Being the driest of the bunch makes it lose points, but it's the most equable in terms of temperatures without having to sacrifice summer warmth.

Luxor. Arica is nice too, but I think I prefer more sun and wider diurnals in a desert climate. The rain / sun ratio is pretty bad in Arica.
