Last year's October was colder than April. Now it has a higher mean than May. Though to be fair May was below average but still somewhat crazy. How often does this happen?

Summary: A warm, wet, and shitty month overall. Started off with a record-setting insane heat wave which produced a new all-time October record high (96 F / 35.6 C on the 2nd, previous record was 94 F / 34.4 C on October 9, 2007). The middle two weeks of the month (October 12 - 25) was actually mostly seasonable/cool, which helped this October from being insanely warm, but the warm end to the month aided it in still ending up 4.5 F (2.5 C) above average. We had quite a few wet days in the second half of the month, with four 1"+ (25 mm+) days recorded between the 16th and the end of the month. We didn't record a freeze this month, barely missed it with a 33 F (0.6 C) low on the 19th. It's our 7th above average month in a row, with five out of the seven (April, May, July, September, October) having anomalies of greater than +2 C. I don't wanna hear anyone bitching about any cold anytime soon considering how it's been the last 3/4ths of the year. On another note, NOWData is back up! At least for here. October 2019: Average High: 70.8 F (21.6 C; 2.6 F (1.4 C) above average of 68.2 F (20.1 C)) Average Low: 50.3 F (10.2 C; 6.5 F (3.6 C) above average of 43.8 F (6.6 C)) Mean: 60.6 F (15.9 C; 4.5 F (2.5 C) above the average of 56.1 F (13.4 C)) Precipitation: 5.97" (151 mm; 2.72" (69 mm) above the average of 3.25" (82 mm)) Highest Max: 96 F (35.6 C) on the 2nd Highest Low: 72 F (22.2 C) on the 3rd Lowest Max: 57 F (13.9 C) on the 20th Lowest Low: 33 F (0.6 C) on the 19th Wettest Day: 1.44" (37 mm) on the 20th

Looks like the guys managed to shake their hangover by noon.
Average temperature: 7,5°C (+0,8) Record high: 17,9°C Record low: -5,5°C Precipitation: 105 mm (+44%) Sunshine: 61,1 h (-29%)
So warmer than normal - as is tradition -, super cloudy and rainy. Glad to be done with it though November will likely suck even more.

Just wanted to bring attention to Cadeau's Seoul box, cause this October was unbelievable, legitimately one of the best months of weather I've ever experienced Only bad thing about this October is that it had to end at some point

More importantly how come he uses the airforce station for averages in Tucson ( it is 1-3 degrees colder ) but since Tucson airport hit freezing he used that min temp in the summary ? What kind of blatant cherry picking shit is that

October on African Rock was above average, with average sunshine & above average rainfall. There were thunderstorms at the start & end of the month, some giving torrential rain which caused localised flooding in parts (including flooding my own place). Stats from my PWS in St. Paul's Bay Av High: 25.7C (+0.3C) Av Low: 21.7C (+1.0C) Mean : 23.7C (+0.6C) Highest Max: 29.4C (1st) Lowest Min: 19.0C (8th, 30th) Lowest Max: 22.2C (27th) Highest Min: 25.2C (1st) Rainfall: 93.3mm (121%) Max Rain in Day: 45.5mm (7th) Days with Rain: 13 Days with Thunder: 11 Sunshine: 216.0hrs (98%) Max UV: 6.5 (1st) Min UV : 3.5 (31st)

Jesus Christ even more shit on Aj1013 I looked up the Davis monthan airforce base and there is no weather average or climate summaries for it. No station exists unless aj takes daily weather and averages it himself . Jesus this is getting bad . I from now on take responsibility of providing the forum with the real Tucson climate summaries in these threads . That’s it.
not only that, but Davis monthan airforce base is 400 feet higher than Tucson !
