By Scottish standards I think this one would be rather average and even exciting, although that's not saying much! Forfar is located slightly inland from Dundee, shielded from maritime effects by high hills to its south. Unfortunately, that also kills any chances of summer heatwaves too. Thus, it deserves a lot of bashering on its back. Feel free to abuse it as much as you like
Still, averaging frost nights for three months and probably at least 30 cm of snowfall annually should be slightly better than nonsense like Glasgow's 1,300 mm of precipitation for barely any frosts.
Even so, it's an E+, whereas the best Scottish climates such as Perth and Edinburgh are D/D-.
I'd go nuts in a climate like that. Harmless, but stupidly cloudy and a bit like waiting on nothing.

D-/E+, unsure if its liveable. I like the winter temps but summers are really bad and it's extremely gloomy.

Cโ; crummers too stable, and winters too dry to be any good for heavy snowfalls or green pastures.

E; really bad. Weak winters and summers, too cloudy, precipitation is probably 95% drizzle, no storms, little snow and devoid of anything interesting. But at least it's not the worst climate out there.

C-. About 4ยฐC colder every month compared to my seasonal tastes though at least I can happily live without complaining of heat and bugs.

D. Too wet, too mild in summer and winter, too cloudy.
