3 C colder, easily. We'd be quite similar to International Falls, the annual mean there is exactly 3 C colder than here. We'd likely be snowier and we'd have less winter thaws, and longer snow cover. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Falls,_Minnesota#Climate 3 C warmer we'd be similar to Sioux City, IA but slightly more continental. Not terrible, but a significant downgrade. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sioux_City,_Iowa#Climate

5F (3C) warmer looks quite good here, and it'd make the climate drastically similar to DC, with a literally identical annual mean. As a result, I drastically cut snowfall by over half in the weatherbox, and I'd rate this climate a B-, up from a C in its current state.

3°C warmer but I wouldn't add a straight 3 degree to every month... I'd add 3°C to the mean temp, but most of it in winter and less of it in summer.

3°C+ would put us at 73°F/51°F in January, 91°F/66°F in April, 112°F/89°F in July and 95°F/70°F in October
3°C- would put us at 63°F/41°F in January, 81°F/56°F in April, 102°F/79°F in July and 85°F/60°F in October
I would probably choose the 3°C cooler

3°C colder would be a big improvement. That would mean we'd get significantly more snow in winter, and summers would be less hot. The only downside would be nasty winter windchills at times. 3°C hotter would make us like Dallas, which I'm not a huge fan of.

Adding +3°C would be almost climatic perfection, in fact. Keep the dewpoints the same or slightly lower them, though.

-3°C/-5°F would be like a slightly warmer version of Bandung. Around 500m/1600' elevation. (Bandung is around 760m/2500')

Benfxmth methinks you ought to change those snowfall figures if we're making your climate 3 C warmer! That climate though = I'd of course also prefer to make mine 3 C warmer; the closer the winters are to being actually livable, the better. The warm period would be longer and more satisfying too.

While my choice would definitely be a 3C warmer climate, it's far from ideal, which made the question complicated. The winters in that climate would be close to a 0C mean, meaning that the winters would be extremely anemic and the number of "kill maself" days and weeks would rise dramatically.

3ºC Cooler would make Ulladulla like Portland, VIC, except with an opposite precipitation pattern. Summers would be mild, comparable to the SE coast of England, with the odd heatwave. Meanwhile, winters would be consistently cool and breezy, with little chance to exceed 20ºC or fall below freezing. 3ºC Warmer would make Ulladulla more like Lord Howe Island, with 2ºC greater diurnals and more extremes. Summers would be consistently warm and humid, with a few dry and extremely hot days from the desert. Winters would be very mild and almost world-class, except with several rainfall and cloudy periods. 3ºC Warmer would be slightly more preferable, as Ulladulla is a little cooler than ideal (mainly during the daytime); and this would increase the intensity and amount of rainfall (while maintaining the frequency). However, the nights are significantly warmer than ideal year-round; making summers a little muggy (thankfully its still breezy) and reducing the amount of crisp nights.

3C warmer for sure. Winters would be milder and more non-wintry which is not something I want here, but summers would be great. Also, the shoulder seasons would be improved.

+3 c. After winter 2022/2023, I want nothing to do with with 3 c colder Marches and Novembers. +3 c also probably means winter would be more mixed between rain and snow which would make it more interesting

3c warmer, which would give London the following averages.
Jan: 11.4c/5.7c Feb: 12.0c/5.7c Mar: 14.7c/7.1c Apr: 18.0c/9.0c May: 21.4c/12.1c Jun: 24.6c/15.0c Jul: 26.9c/17.2c Aug: 26.4c/17.1c Sep: 23.2c/14.6c Oct: 18.8c/11.8c Nov: 14.5c/8.3c Dec: 11.8c/6.1c

Easy question. Colder. If I could distribute it, I would put most of the cold towards fall and winter and leave spring the same.

Warmer - snowier winters and warmer summers here.

3C warmer I guess, but the summers will be too hot. Oh well, as long as the lows don't get warmer.
