C-, a bit too bland for me, winter seems like it could have been interesting but with little precip doesn't seem that way. Summer unfortunately (?) I'm guessing is fairly gloomy despite the adequate annual sunshine total

Temperature averages are good - Seasonal but comfortable. Temperature records are bad, and it must have very little day-to-day variation in temperature.
Precipitation is bad except in spring and fall. Summer is too wet, winter is too dry. If one of the summer months was that wet, sure, but four consecutive months with lots of rain is not good.

If precipitation was more even throughout the year and it had more sunshine hours, it would become an A.
