Horrible sunshine hours and late summer is a humid, wet, muggy mess. February is the snowiest month with Dec/Jan being significantly drier due to persistently strong outflow of continental air. Only in February and November are the low pressure systems strong enough. Only 258 sunshine hours in the sunniest month though? Fuck me dead. I'll give this climate a B+ though since it's still muuuuuuch better than the real Vancouver. Guaranteed cold/snow. Unfortunately, thunderstorms are still exceedingly rare, despite the tropical-like summers.

Seems more like a cross between Shenyang/Tangshan and Sapporo... hardly how I would view vancouver's climate... but D+ I guess due to the extreme rain in addition to other issues? Summer is too muggy and winters are too cold and gloomy, with a bad April but it still seems liveable?

Nothing like the stereotypical Vancouver.
As for the rating, Cโ; terribly cold and dry winters, with damp and monsoon-infested summers.

You're pretty generous on how dry the summers are.
