My new dream climate: It's a Dfa climate thanks to July/August. Lots of thunderstorms from April to September. Tons of snow, obviously. Lots of sunshine but not too much. Ample rainfall so it's never not green outside of winter and early spring. April looks like a very nice variable month.

Portland's summers are too hot, but this is ideal. Okay then
Winters are brutally cold and summers look too muggy for my liking. E+, mostly for winter

It's like an 'Akitified' version of Mpls, with colder winter highs but warmer transitions, and ~100-200hrs less sunshine, which seems fine with me, and a lot more snow. I'll be generous and give it a C-, winter at least seems interesting even if it is much too cold and snowy... think the warmer transition highs compensate for the chillier winter ones. Summer looks mostly good. Think it would be nicer with somewhat milder winters (like with your February as the peak) that although still chilly for my preferences, would allow for continuous snow cover without being excessively harsh, and a bit less snow, as the amts here are over the top IMO, one can enjoy snowstorms more when they are slightly more unusual, hope Kandelistan has expert snow removal services and enough snow plows! Something more like en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hartford,_Connecticut#Climate or en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albany,_New_York#Climate.

C+; summers too stable about the maxima and likely muggy, with minuscule diurnal range (especially that vile August). Winters FAR too cold, but at least it gets plentiful snowfall. The + is for the fact that the precip actually peaks in a winter month i.e. Decemberโnever expected that from you! I am pleasantly surprised, to say the least.
By far the best version of your dream climate to date.

Wow, this is by far your best dream climate.
C-. Itโs too wet, winter is too cold and itโs too stable.

B November to March is too cold and there's too much seasonal lag, but those are my main complaints.

Stupidly cold winters with no prospect of even brief mildness, and way too much snow. E+ for decent summers.

B-. Easily the best of the climates you have posted recently. Winter is incredible. Summer is too warm and has lag I don't like. On average, the climate is too wet but the rain days are fine.

D. The winters are decent but I wouldn't like having to suffer through those muggy summers every year. The amount of precipitation also looks annoying.

I give it a D. The summers are decent but winters are much too cold, and it is too wet and cloudy year-round.

Pretty generous considering your dream climate. Welcome to WWF by the way. I reserve Fs for summerless (ex. Torshavn or Barrow AK) or completely uninhabitable (ex. Vostok Station) climates. Same. F is for a climate I would hate every day. I give cold tundra climates an E usually, because I like cool and cold weather, just not all year. if there is no E, it gets a D- or F+ depending on my mood.
