Shoeburyness
Vladivostok's arid, frigid winters can go to buggery.

Shoeburyness. One of the best UK climates I’ve seen.
Valdivostok’s boring winters and washout crummers make this a very easy battle.

Shoeburyness is mediocre but Vladivostok is atrocious, especially for the latitude!

Vladivostok's got to be the worst climate I've ever seen in the mid-latitudes, freezing cold winters with not much snow and then summer is lukewarm at best and the gloomiest time of the whole year

don't need to even look up the British climate to know which one I choose. Shoeburyness. Not great but inoffensive; Vladivostok is horrible

Would you prefer there over your current climate boombo?

Wouldn't appreciate the slow spring warmups and I don't know what I'd make of that much snow, but summers are much better than Vladivostok's for being the sunniest part of the year. I'd rate Sydney above where I live, Corner Brook perhaps not so much. Nice touch having August as the sunniest month in % terms as well, so often here May is the sunniest month of the year and once you get to the middle of August you know you've probably only got a handful of warm sunny days left.

Definitely, much more to offer a weather enthusiast and much sunnier year round. I thought the winters would be a lot colder actually with it being in Maine, but I suppose it is by the coast.
