D+/D, it still seems a bit better than Edmonton which is the coldest 1m+ city in NAm

But it does get some chilly days in spring, even well into June if the wind is right. |

B-. Winter and shoulder seasons are good, but summer is too cool, too dry, and has too much lag.

B-. June-August is too cold, and far too dry. The rest of the year is good. Minneapolis and Milwaukee are both A climates for me, Minneapolis rates better. Seattle's September is good enough too.

Don't think there are any climates like this one on the planet. Summers are long by length but not hot at all obviously.
Winters are okay.
