This is simply an improved Oulu with similar, milder-ish winters with more snow combined with warmer summers and a warmer sea enabling warm autumns before winter sets in by December. Also, a ton of snow.
For me, this is still a D+ bordering on a C-. It's coming undone by excessive winter cold and too much thunder in summer for its latitude, which is inevitable with a narrow sea with delayed warming combined with those temps. Still, it's a lot better than anything above 63ยฐN in real life! The name means "border town" in Swedish, which is fitting since it's imagined on a warmer planet with a similar geography to the sea at the Sweden/Finland border. As for snow averages, November averages 27.1 cm and March 26.8 cm in case anyone wonders At least, had the Arctic coast been like this, Nykรถping could've been similar to Toronto and that would've been a lot more epic!
What do all of you think?

C+; winters too frigid, but at least the snowfall is heavy; and the springtime snow-melt, rapid.
Summers too bland.

Similar to Kingston, Ontario with warmer transition highs and cooler summer nights (and to Moscow with warmer transitions, which razza has already pointed out). en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingston,_Ontario Probably a D+ or so considering the 65N latitude, although temps seem borderline between D+ and C- here.

C-, would be B- if it was at lower latitude and didn't have such dark winters/low sun.
Still better than where I live though!

A- Not enough precip days in winter but good totals. Not enough sun either in winter. Beautiful temps though! Only critique on the temps would be the warm autumns. Summers look fucking nice. Maybe an increase of 50mm on average in the warmest months would be welcome?

A, very good. I like the temperatures, the rainfall, and sunshine is decent.
To make this even better, drop the latitude out of the arctic so winter gets a bit more sun. Remove a bit of winter snowfall, and the small seasonal lag. October to December should be a few degrees colder based on the seasonal range. Add those degrees to April, May, and June.
