Lyon... even though San Luis Obispo has nicer summers by averages, I pick some variety over the season in this case.

Brisbane for having the best combo of temperature, rainfall and sunshine

Tough one between SLO and Brisbane. Brisbane has a better precip amount and pattern but I can't get behind every month averaging a high over 20c and the very high UV. I'm leaning toward here for now but unsure.
