I will go with Dallol. It is too hot in summer but there is nighttime and the "winters" would make for good summers.

Humphreys Peak. Extremely easy choice. This is like choosing between Marble Bar and Summit Camp.

Humphreys peak although it’s awful. May and June are actually decent months.

Humphreys Peak is not deadly per se, so long as you enjoy shovelling.
Thus, it wins by a sizeable margin.

Humphreys peak EASILY. Dallol is hellish. If both were a small village or city, I would pick Humphreys in a heartbeat.
The snow, cold, and elevation would make living there very difficult, but living in Dallol is not easy either. Dallol is probably easier to build a settlement, because it is on flat ground and does not get snow. Transporting food, water, and electricity to Dallol would be easier than Humphreys peak. Dallol could get away with dirt roads I'd assume, where Humphreys peak probably is too steep for any kind of road, and would need some kind of special system like a cable car.

Yeah nah, Dallol wins for not being a tundra. It is still hellishly unbearably hot. But say if I lived in an airconditioned house with enough water, I would survive and I don't think I'd get depression (as I would in that Humphreys place).
