Bโ
Winters too cold with too many warm fronts, and summers much too cloudy.

B-. Too much rain in all months, winter too mild, too cloudy. A four-season climate but not a good one. Winter still gets mostly rain and only some snow.

C or so makes the most sense, seems so-so, disappointing compared to budapest or freiburg but understandable due to the altitude. Summer is too mild while I wouldn't mind winter here (other than the low sunshine) so much as with other swiss and german climates. Think en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locarno#Climate would feel quite different within the same country, much more vibrant overall.

C-, boring but not terrible. Could use more continentality.
This seems like a climate that'll be mostly rated C or D. Classic "meh" climate.

C+
Has all the good elements, but still lacks pretty much everything.

D+ Too rainy summers, boring winters as hell and way too gloomy. It's worse than my climate even though it's milder. Nothing worse than excessive summer rain for not enough sun nor temps above 25. Not cool.
Basel (drier), Bern (sunnier) and Lugano (warmer) are all significantly better.

Zรผrich's main issue is its lack of elevation relative to other locales in Switzerland. Davos is a much better climate, for example. Speaking of which, how do you like the snow there Ariete?

B-, I like the temperatures and it gets about the right amount of snow but I'm surprised at how low the sunshine is and how much rain it gets!
Judging by the record highs it obviously gets a foehn effect, so that brings it up from a C.

Amount is acceptable, but with those averages it doesn't seem to stay for long.
