Inland climate in North-Central Turkey.
Actually pretty good due to the summer means, 28/12 are wonderful summers in general, especially with all the sunshine. Winters should get an okay amount of snow, although I doubt it stays on for long enough. Similar to here, in other words.
It's a tough judgement call, B- or C+, but I think I'll be generous and go for the former since winters are just below -3 and summers within the ideal range. Not as much single-digits as here and rather good precipitation pattern too. Definitely one of the better Asian climates. The source is just random Turkish, so I left it out while taking the screen but the Wikipedia link is here if anyone wants to practice their Turkish pronunciation.

B; lovely summer temps (and possibly even variable), but unfortunately too dry.
Winters too cold and FAR too dry, but at least adequate snowfall makes up for it.

B+ or B Decent winters and nice shoulder seasons. Summer looks very similar to Eugene. Ardahan is much better though.

C+, similar to somewhere like Nelson, British Columbia. Winter and perhaps summer nights could both be warmer, winter record lows could also be milder...

B-. Not bad, but too dry in summer and too mild in winter. It gets regular snow and cold, but probably has regular thaws and mild periods too.

B+, temps are actually good but I have a big problem. The average high in January is 33, one degree above freezing. There shouldn't be one inch of rain.

Edit: Oh, it says 12 rainy days in January. I assumed the source means 12 days with precipitation, and 9 of those are snow. If it gets almost all rain in winter, I will drop my rating.
