This city is located in the valley of Mexico, halfway between Mexico City and the US border. Due to a noticeable rain shadow it seems to be one of the driest cities in this region. According to wikipedia, "The last recorded snowfalls occurred on January 1967, December 13, 1997, December 2011, March 2016, and December 8, 2017." I rate it on the border of C+/B-. Average highs are superb, there's much more sun than your typical highland climate over there due to the rain shadow effect, and even with the latter, there's still some summer rain. However, what brings down this climate is the lack of warm lows (obviously due to its altitude at over 6000ft) and some horrid record lows in the summer.

E–; boring, autistic record highs and precip pattern, and pitifully dry.

It took me until now to realize that I've been saying Potósi instead of Potosí for years...oops.
It's decent compared to other Mexican climates. Still only a D+ though.

"D. Pleasant but boring" Same here. The warm season has good summer temperatures and the cool season is good fall/spring weather. Too dry for me. I would like the nearby places better for higher rainfall. Does this place get a lot of thunderstorms even though it's dry?
Edit: change to C-

How's the thunder count? If rare, grade B... if frequent, grade D-.

Finally a good climate here. Solid B. Could be a bit wetter and record lows warmer in the summer. But a great climate!

Days are warm for too long, but they would be great if secluded to 5 months of the year, and a bit too dry for my liking. C it is.

B. Nights are too cool and it's too dry, but otherwise pretty nice.

B, pleasantly mild and sunny; but drier and with a higher diurnal than ideal.
