**BLIZZARD WARNING**
The Winter Haven Meteorological Agency (WHMA) has issued a Blizzard Warning until 3 PM on Sunday afternoon (Feb 11). A strong low pressure system is affecting the region with very heavy snow, high winds, very low visibility, and drifting snow. Some snow squalls will produce snow as heavy as 8" an hour with wind gusts near hurricane force. This is a very dangerous storm and it is advised not to go out unless absolutely necessary. The strong winds will create low wind chills as well.
