Seeing how cold wet and windy it is in the UK now, I think I'll choose a warmer climate from my fake continent.
Colting-Midland current weather Time: 7:10AM.
23°C, few clouds. Will be reaching about 32°C today with mostly sunny conditions.

It's annoying how my dream climate is 12 hours ahead of UK time so it's always night time when I post this. Anyway, 3:23AM in Colting Midland and it's 22°C, with a few clouds. Going to rise up to 33°C during the day (October 4th already) so a warm fall day.

^ Is your climate located on Earth or another fictional planet? You could just make it be the same time zone as the U.K. but on another planet lol, that's what I did with mine.
10/1: 80/56; Sunny and dry 10/2: 78/55; Sunny and dry
12:15 PM
Temp: 71 F (22 C)
Conditions: Sunny
Wind: S at 13 mph
Dew Point: 56 F (13 C)
Heading up to 77 F (25 C) today with sunny skies.

Yeah it's on earth, but good idea to have it on another planet. I did some fictional climate maps for new planets, but they're on my old computer. Could make more I guess. In fact, I used to have a payware fractal world continent generator, and it even came up with average temperatures for everywhere. But there is a free fractal world generator (doesn't do temperatures). donjon.bin.sh/apps/world/

I'll probably play around a little bit with it later when I have more time on my hands. Nice. I made my fictional climate located on a large continent with a size that's about halfway between North America and Asia, on the eastern half of the continent on a planet with an axial tilt of 45 degrees instead of our 23.5 degrees, so the seasonal ranges are wider and change quicker. It has an average high of -15 F (-26 C) during the coldest part of January and 93 F (34 C) during the hottest part of July. Located somewhat close to the coast so it often picks up coastal storms dumping huge amounts of snowfall. Summer is dominated by heat and convective thunderstorms.

Sounds really interesting, what proportion of the planet is land vs. sea? I would think the more land area there is the more variation you'd get as well on the planet generally. I couldn't handle those winters myself, but summers sound decent, specially with storms.
I did a climate with similar summers and snowy cool winters (only about -5°C on average though). It had storms not only in summer but also lots of "thundersnow" in winter .

It has a bit more land than current planet Earth, instead of it being 70/30 sea/land it's about a 64/36 ratio. I like a bit more land for greater continentality, but not so much that it dries out climates.

He might shut up if he's playing with this. anyway at 1:00am, 5/10/2017: 13.0°C, mostly clear, 83% humidity. Extremes for today: 10.4°C/25.8°C.

Haha. Yeah sure. Might keep him busy.
Meanwhile it's 2AM in Colting Midland and still 22.2°C and mostly cloudy. Should reach 30°C later, with some showers developing in the PM.
