B or B-. Too hot june-august (although it is manageable), pretty good the rest of the year. Too dry as well.
Absolute suck-off move

(I accidentally deleted the original post) I made climate box for weighted average for Tucson and Phoenix; January averages as well as precipitation and sunshine hours are wholly from Tucson, and July temperatures are wholly from Phoenix.

I donโt think even he would like it that much with the stable summers and limited storms.
Anyway itโs an E+ for me.

E; summers too hot and far too stable; winters boring and gay; far too dry.

H for How do you Know its his Dream Climate? He literally told us thatโs his dream climate. Benfxmth December is the coldest month in Tucson btw so if you wanted the hottest month of summer to be PHX and the coldest month of winter to be TUS you did it wrong.

I'd prefer a little bit more rain, maybe ~400mm, and sunshine around 3000-3200 hours.

B, a bit hot in summer and a little too cool in winter. Also too dry and sunny (I like sun but I don't need that much). Not bad though - the low humidity would make the summers much more tolerable.
