Through April 12th, Seoul is on pace for 308 hours of that beautiful sweet ensoleillement. Will Seoul reach that magical mark, or will we fall short?
Currently sitting on 123.2 hours

Nope. It'll get to 299 hours just to troll you and piss you off. Then on May 1st, I fully expect a really angry rant that's about three or four paragraphs long.

About as much chance as us getting 205 hours of sun in August.
Not happening.

157.5 hours after the first half of the month! We’re gonna do it bitches! It will end the month on 299.9 hours. I'd be happy if a month with an average of 205 hours made it to 200!

Paris ensoleillement counter: 152.7 in the first 16 days of the month. Wanna bet who reaches 300 hours first?

Past few days sadly put a dent into our ensoileillements. Rest of the month needs to be perfect

250 hours with 3 days left. Definitely not happening. That said, getting 275+ or 280 will still be a small victory. April 2017 had 259.7 hours, but otherwise this should be the sunniest April by a longshot in recent memory

296 h at Frankfurt Airport so far, though the last 3 days could barely see any sunshine. Will be a tight race.

Looks like Seoul will still beat Paris.
London has a chance at the sunniest April on record, though the next few days will run it close.

Would be a shame if Seoul didn’t beat Paris. That said these next three days are supposed to be sunny so we will probably win We had three days in the middle of the month which fucked us in the ass

Umeå was only at 205h before today. Assuming 10h/day for the rest of the month, that's still 235h vs the 02-18 average of 212h but nothing like what the continent and SK are seeing

Visby reached 300h yesterday though. Will they reach the national record set last year in Borlänge( ) at 335h? Most likely not.
