London Heathrow has recorded 120 hours so far as of 15th April. Will it reach 200 for the month of April? The April average is 170 hours for the last 30 years. The next week is looking very cloudy.

I predict that we will end the month with 198 hours. After looking like 230-240 was possible for ages, it now looks like the 2nd half of the month will be cloudy.

No, I don't think London will get 200 sunshine hours this April, but it looks like it will have more sunshine than average.

Nope I don't think so, think it'll reach 180 or so. In more important news, the poll results look like a dick.

Based on the latest 2 week forecast, we will have 211 hours by 29 April.
I still expect it to pull some August style shit on us though.

I think we will just reach 200 hopefully..
We seem to be able to get decent sunshine and temperatures in April in recent years but then it seems to get worse as we move into summer despite the much longer days and higher angle.
This April has been very good so far, warm days and nights not getting too cool

I don't give a fuck either way. 150 hours, 200 hours. Don't care. Irrelevant shit. But I will laugh to the fact that rainy cloudy foggy London is making a threshold at 200 hours. 200 hours lol :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Very wet and cloudy yesterday, adding 16mm and only 2.1 hours to the total.
Current to 17th: 128.8 hours Projected total: 227.3 hours Projected forecast: 245.8 hours
Surely it can't be possible?

We had 308 sunhrs here last April.

We had 308 sunhrs here last April. Because the April average in London is 170 hours, and UK sun hours have decreased dramatically over the last decade. The latest forecast is showing February-level sunshine hours for the last week of April. Good chance that it won't even get to 200, let alone 246!

155 hours as of yesterday. Sunny for the next 5 days in a row, so we will pass the average on 23rd April and be over 200 hours in 4 or 5 days.
The first 200 hour month since August 2019.
