Main flaw is the lack of summer precipitation. Only ~2 days of rain for July and August each. Sep-Nov is also very dry. Sunshine hours are good, if not at my maximum preference. Winters are sufficiently cold and likely produce decent heavy snowfalls. I'll give it a solid B rating.

B+. Needs some of that precipitation shifted from winter to summer and more variability.

B+; summer highs far too stable, but winters are lovely (despite being so dry). The springtime warm-up is also excellent; the sun and precipitation patterns superb.

D+. Not terrible, but far too cold at night. Five months of sub-freezing lows (not to mention those brutal record lows)? No, thanks. Also, the sunshine is very lopsided - there's an excess of sunshine during Jul-Aug and a severe deficit during Dec-Jan when it's needed most. But points for being dry, decent summer afternoons, reasonable sunshine hours and what looks like fairly reliable winter snow.

B-. Not terrible but nights are too cold in summer and also, sunshine is too lopsided (too cloudy in winter); but gets points for the decent afternoons and reasonable (overall) sunshine hours.

B-, but a low B- almost C+
Weak winters, hot summer days (although nights aren't bad). Shoulder seasons are too warm too.
Eh, no its a C+ for me

90 hours of sunshine in winter months is quite a lot though...

B-/C+. Not terrible, but summer is too dry and winter could stand to be a bit colder. Probably gets a decent of snow though.
