Since it seems like the vast majority prefer to be locked away by their precious führers and the local piggies to be saved from the chinky, I decided to make a rate the climate based on modern living conditions.
Although it is actually the top floor with a supreme view of the land of the free, I'm sure it'll make some people feel better to pretend it's in the basement
Obvious A.
I've direct sunshine for much of the afternoon in summers, which can cause some occasional heat. The roof never leaks and windows are tight so there's never any precipitation, while temperatures remain cozy year round on normal days. Also a distinct seasonal variation. Summer = sleep atop the blankets, winter = underneath it. What is there not to like?

I would have thought it would get some precipitation in the form of heil showers.
D for no sun.

E, far too hot. Who lives in this house, Satan?
The low precipitation also suggests a lack of running water.

An automatic F for having fewer than 1,000 sunshine hours, if such a climate were to exist.

The low precipitation also suggests a lack of running water. That explains the dry spell

I'm rating this like it's an outside climate. The record low of 19 is an automatic F. Also, four months with zero sunshine hours, and zero rainfall. F
You heat your place more than I do in winter, but summer temperatures are similar.

There are plenty of real-life climates like that. All quite well-known on these forums.

I meant about climates with warm temperatures that have fewer than 1,000 sunshine hours. I'd rather live in Verkhoyansk than any of those oceanic tundra shitholes you mentioned.

I face the sunny side during afternoon with Swedish insulation. That is no joke in summer. Hiromant will have similar experiences. The municipality heats it for me to be 20°C at all times in winter. Yahya Sinwar best beware that my family doesn't live here and that my parents' dog loves a chunk of meat, has very sharp teeth and runs like a bullet I have running water but none ever falls where the indoor temp is located because it's eight metres away from the sink and ten from the shower.

I didn't know about this place, but it's terrible. Hot and cloudy is a bad combination.
Lommaren, you said the municipality heats it to 20C? Can you make it cooler or warmer? 20 is a moderate temperature, but everyone doesn't want exactly the same temperature inside.
The only place I lived with heating like that was a college dorm. I could make it as hot as I wanted by adjusting the radiator. But if the radiator was as low as it can go, and still too hot, opening the window was the only option. Some people had a window cracked open all winter.

It is not variable but has the tradeoff of feeling amazing all year. A+

WTF malabo is a shithole. The climate sucks and the amount of corruption there is a disaster. The rate is 87.5 out of 100 according to this website.
