Wuhan of course.

I would say that Wuhan is more continental because of larger thermal amplitude.

Wuhan in terms of continentality (which I believe is what you are referring to), but Tromsø in terms of retaining a snowpack or a Dxx classification.

Wuhan for sure.
It has some impressively cold record lows.
Summer record highs aren't as extreme by comparison though.
25C in January and 29C in Feb are pretty extreme as well.

Yeah Tromsø meets Köppen's definition of a continental climate with a snowpack but Wuhan does not despite double the thermal amplitude. That's what makes it interesting.

Wuhan in the sense of higher amplitude between their "winter" and summer, but Tromso is actually a continental climate with less seasonal amplitude. Fair question.

Wuhan. Chilly winters, hot summers. Tromso is an oceanic climate that’s cool to cold year round.

Wuhan likely has a much higher continentality index (takes latitude into consideration), Tromso's amplitude for 70 degrees north is very very low. So I go with Wuhan. Tromso is essentially just a high latitude oceanic climate.

Wuhan, and it's not even close.

Tromsø is a polar oceanic climate. Wuhan is a subtropical continental climate.
Clearly Wuhan.
