Mt Graham, standing at 10,724ft, 70 miles east of Tucson is the tallest mountain in SE Arizona. Due to it's elevation it has a subarctic climate, albeit a quite mild variant of subarctic. What do you guys think? (I used PRISM to get temperature and precip data for the summit, snowfall was guesstimated, could be off by a bit)

Looks a bit like some of the higher elevation spots in NC temp wise like Grandfather mountain or Mt Mitchell but with much cooler lows outside of winter and much more snow , with less precip overall year round.

The high and precip are a feasible cold year in Bingley so it's not unlivable, it's just the snow and freezing nights that would be the challenge...E.
Any idea what the sunshine would be like? What sort of snow depths does it get with those average highs?

What sort of snow depths does it get with those average highs? Sunshine would be around 3,000 hours if I had to guess, maybe a bit more. There’s snow on the ground all winter there, usually a few feet deep.

I'll bring my grade up to a C- since it's obviously really bright and the sun at that latitude will make it feel a fair bit warmer.

Summerhaven, AZ has 30" of precip and 3,618 hours of sunlight (by US standards). Mt Graham probably has like 3,450 hours by US standards or 3,100 by international standards.

D. Too cold year round, winters are way too snowy, too wet overall, and diurnal range is too high.

C. Decent winters, with lots of snow even though highs are above freezing. The rest of the year is too cool, especially at night. Late summer is very wet, but being in AZ it still gets sun, and the rain is mostly from thunderstorms instead of oceanic drizzle. For the top of a mountain it's good, compared to normal elevations it's mediocre.

D. Summers are fine i guess. But I don't want frostbite or altitude sickness so it is otherwise shit.
