I had an idea for a mountain climate where it's never rained but it's still warm enough in summer to get a fair amount of vegetation, and this was the result.

C or C-
I would get bored after a while despite all the snow.
Winters are a bit long.

Looks a lot like Burgess Junction, WY: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burgess_Junction%2C_Wyoming although this climate has much cooler highs for much of the year and lower diurnals, means are similar though. I'd give it a C-. I love all the snow and how long winters are, but I need some summer plus it could use some more continentality.

Real mountain climate with 6 m of snowfall and very short season without snow on the ground.
Would have snowdrifts on the ground - and snowfall - into June, which is not good for vegetation. Same with the very cold summer lows. Hardy trees might just make a living on slopes there, where the cold overnight air can drain away. But the growing season for trees will be very short, something like from the very last week of June to abouth three weeks into August. So just more than 45 days. Grass will surely grow as the threshold for those are lower to trigger growth, but again the cold lows and late snowmelt will badly reduce the number of species able to survive. It will be green on the ground though.

I had a similar idea once, though yours is more realistic and more suitable for vegetation.

Too sunny but the snow and temperatures are decent. Winters are cold but not bitterly. Summers look very pleasant.

C. Besides the obvious, summer ranges are high and record highs are fairly low compared to their averages.
