San Sebastian for sure. Better precipitation totals and distribution, and not a fan of Dalhousie's May/June peak temperatures.

They both seem to be complete shit for snow and winter variability so I'll go for Dalhousie for summer thunderstorms.

Dalhousie seems more interesting, although imagine the monsoon could be inconvenient. The sun hours are probably significantly higher as well.
