Data from Bang Na agromet site and only dating back to Dec 2016 as that's all that's available online here, so take it for what it's worth. Downtown Bangkok would be somewhat hotter, DMK airport a bit cooler. The 50th percentiles line up reasonably well with 1981-2010 means except that Dec lows seem to be warmer. I picked Dec / Apr as those are the coolest / hottest months here. I'll do Christchurch later if I can be bothered.

You can see how hard it is to get 40+ C highs and 30+ C lows here - very consistent temps.
