Kolasin is by far the best of the bunch despite crazy rainfall.

Samedan for being the driest.

Samedan is too damn cold at night and Kolasin's rainfall pattern is subpar. They're by far the only decent options though. It would be interesting to know the records in Kolasin.

Kolašin. November looks horrible though.

Kolašin without a doubt, the Icelandic one is unlivable and the Swiss one borderline unlivable with those lows.
Kolašin isn't really that bad, over half the days are still dry and I like it how the summers are fairly back-ended.

Kolasin for the much warmer summers and much better sunshine hours.

Kolašin. The reasons have already been explained by previous commentators.

Kolasin because it is clearly the least garbage of the lot. The other two are just unfathomable.

Oh, three cold places I've never heard of.
Kolašin for the good warm season and high snowfall. Far too wet in winter, and the rain will wash away a lot of the snow. Like other climates with high precipitation and near-freezing winter temperatures it must get the occasional epic snowy winter.
I was going to choose Samedan, then I realized I was looking at the highs and means instead of highs and lows. 16/10 June is subpar...16/3 is terrible. Even though winter is nice and seems to be almost 100% snowfall, summer just is too cold at night. Höfn is too cold and too oceanic.

Kolasin. If the summers are comfortable, I do not care how much rain or snow there is for the rest of the year.

They are all disgusting but I will go with Samedan for being driest and sunniest in winter.
