I prefer the subtropics, but for being in Norway this is pretty good. I've of course been there multiple times and there's almost never any lasting snow pack, which is a good thing if you like outdoor activities like cycling or running.

E - very bad climate. The main redeeming quality that saves it from an F is the potential for heavy snow in winter, other than that everything else sucks in this climate.

Bordering between C-/D+ but generously voted on C. Practically, the sun is gone for 7 months of the year, not sure I could handle that well.

I'll upgrade it to an E. Wonder why the Florida one has summer highs 1.5 degrees higher than the other one. Maybe that's why it's called Florida.
