Despite coming up in the shoutbox, I couldn't find a rate climate thread for Bergen. Now it exists. Use either box. If it changes your grade at all, sun hours were very low partly from mountains blocking the sun. A new recorder was added recently and the past few years have been 1450 to 1750. Hardiness zone is 8b so it can grow some plants that would die in most cold climates.

I rate this an E. Too mild, too cloudy, and far too rainy especially in fall. The occasional heavy snowfall can't make up for that much cold rain.

C–; winters are handsome, but summers are far too cool and wet.

E. Really awful, but still not as bad as other subpolar maritime climates like Grytviken and Campbell Island. Looks like they'd get a handful of nice days during the brief summer.

Pretty horrible. No winter or summer. Just spring shit all year round. I'll actually rate this an E

E. The temperatures, though far from ideal, are comfortable enough for me which saves it from an F. Otherwise it's a pretty awful climate.

I love the amount of rain but I don't like how cold November to March is. It's too bad the other 7 months weren't spread out through the whole year.

D, looks like an exaggerated Scotland. Not the worst, but still too chilly and too wet even for me.
