E? Maybe D-. Interesting but too big of diurnals most of the year. It would get plenty of warm days, but the temperature would drop extremely fast in the evening. Terrible in the wet season.

E, though the silliness is part of the fun and why it's not an F. Those winter diurnal ranges are ridiculous: 22.9'C high and -28.9'C low in January. June through August are awful rainy dross. October looks like the best month, but like I said, the only thing saving this climate is how funny it is - and the fact that fall through spring days are reasonably mild. The record high is epic as well, but everything else is nuts.
