F. May-September isnโt bad but the rest of the year is awful, thereโs no warmth and itโs boring as hell.

E. Constant cold and a terrible place to live on top of it. I might actually prefer Norilsk over this since Norilsk at least gets temperature variation. Both get F grades once you consider the pollution and city environment.
