D. November-March are decent, and summer has good evening breezes. Besides that, it is an asshole during the summer and lags in rain severely. Also the downtown has some hobos/drugs.

I rate it a B. Now July/August are a bit excessive, but much of the year is very nice; far better than any oceanic shithole like London or Seattle, and there is an abundance of sunshine.

 Too hot and dry for me. The mild winters and chance of some rain in August save it from a complete failure. This is a solid E climate.

B-. Overall one of the best climates in the western USA. Winter nights slighty too cool and summers too warm but love the sunshine and dryness.

The records are damn impressive, but this is a D- from me. Far too hot and dry all year round - very oppressive and unpleasant climate, extremely boring too.

Temps are A+. AYE FUCKING PLUS. Temps could not be any more perfect if they tried. But it looks like storms and rainfall are lacking.
So has to be a mere A unfortunately.
Same latitude as me, and my climate in summer half the time can barely manage highs that are as warm as the LOWs there in summer.
