Tough choice without knowing thunderstorm days and sunshine in Angeles. I know LA gets very few thunderstorms but it's likely much sunnier (nearby Manila has 2100 sunshine hrs). More comfortable temps in LA overall, although I would prefer warmer nights. I'll go with LA.
