Chicago out of these choices. It's a warmer version of my ideal weather. For anywhere in the world, probably some place in the Rockies with enough elevation to have snowy winters but not subarctic summers.

I went with Rome. Wichita, Dushanbe, and Madrid are also good; Madrid would have scored better with double the precipitation average.
