Rate Oakland, Maryland. Its in a mountainous location (southern Laurel/Allegheny Mountains) about 2 hours south of me. Elevation is around 2,500ft ASL. This location has only reached 90F in 13 years out of 127 years.
My rating is B+, winters are extremely snowy and permanent snowcover develops, but I prefer even cooler temperatures in winter (particularly highs) to get the A.

Winters are a little too cold and snowy and summers are too mild and dry. Rest looks good.

B Winters are a little too cold and snowy and summers are too mild and dry. Rest looks good. I can assure you, summers are far from dry. July averages 5.5", June 4.4", and August 3.8". Quite wet actually for a non-southern climate.

cold season too long and too freeze prone late in the season. Summers are comfy but could be warmer. Nice snow totals

D+; washed-out summers that are obviously stable as fuck, and winters are too frigid, with too many warm fronts as well (some-fuckan-how). Its snowy days:precip days ratio is a downright crime for its extremely cold averages. Those winter averages should NOT be getting 5 days with rain-only. Never.
Also, just LOL @ the winter record highs being only like 13° C cooler than the summer records. LMAO, what a spastic down syndrome climate. Fuck this climate.
The snowfall is the only thing that saves it from a worse rating.

I'll also rate a B+. Very good summer temperatures and snowfall, but winter highs are too mild especially record highs. 156 days with precipitation is also higher than I like.
