Lol stumbled across this absurd climate this morning. I'm not even putting a poll, the only person that wouldn't give this an F would probably be Shalop.

Eh, too humid and stable in summer. Record high is only 9 degrees above average, and 86% humidity? Too muggy.
It gets a higher diurnal range than I expect for somewhere with very long days. I thought Eismitte was at 75-80N, but it's only 71. The elevation of 3000m/10000' is the reason for the cold.
The wiki text says 110mm precipitation but the box only says 60. Odd.

The energy the ground gets from the sun in the wee hours of the polar day is minimal, allowing for significant cooling. Add to that radiational cooling from the ice and I guess that's why you get respectable diurnals.

It only had one year of data, so there'd probably be more of a difference if more years were included.
Anyway I give the climate an obvious F.

I'd pass out from hypothermia induced dizziness at -36 F. An F for being too cold.

A+++++++++! Scratch the F rating, it could be just a tad colder and it'd be perfect weather to play out in the ice!
