Some random examples (IMO): Zagreb, Croatia (more continental and cloudy than the mediterranean coast). Malabo, Equatorial Guinea (by far the cloudiest, lowest diurnal range). Port-au-Prince, Haiti (hottest town and earthquake-prone, just for good measure). Monrovia, Liberia (wettest town, as the interior is significantly drier). Khartoum, Sudan (hottest, still really dry even during the monsoon season). Kyiv, Ukraine (coldest and relatively cloudy).

CRISPR There's at least one city hotter than Khartoum in Sudan: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atbara#ClimateThere are also quite a few places in Ukraine colder than Kiev. Sumy is quite a bit colder. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumy#Climate There's a paucity of data in Haiti, but further inland near Lake Azuei (close to Jimani, DR) is possibly hotter, although with cooler lows. There has never been accurate averages released for Port-au-Prince.
