Launceston Sutherland  *note - precipitation amount and snow days data is from the earlier version of Wikipedia article, and it may be incorrect!
So, basically - these climates have quite similar yearly daily mean temperature, but are very different anyways.. I'm more into cold-winter climates, so I choose Sutherland, but even it's winters are way too warm and it is overall too arid to get a really high rate, so it gets C+. Launceston is C-.

I choose Sutherland for being warmer afternoons, especially in summer and also drier, and probably sunnier.

Launceston. Sutherland is too dry. Rainfall amounts are reasonable looking at nearby climates.

Launceston. Sutherland's lows are hideous and the summer highs are not a significant improvement over Launceston.
