This took me awhile to go through, except for the summer lows it should be correct.

Can't exactly remember other months, but last January I experience 49C here in western Sydney. It was dry heat, but extremely uncomfortable. Felt like I was going inside a sauna (not the steaming kind, the dry heat kind). Yikes. Many of plants just burned out.
I've experienced -2C a decade ago or so in a morning. It ain't much to brag about.

I haven't traveled enough to make this interesting. It would be the monthly extremes from Madison or Milwaukee. I could be a degree or two different if I was somewhere else that day, but I have never gone to a tropical place in winter, Phoenix in summer, or something that was far from the local records.

I haven't traveled off-season to distant countries enough to make it interesting, and domestically your options are limited, bar northern Lapland.
My summer lowest highs are probably all from Norway, but I can't remember any of them, as I weren't interested in weather then.

If you were born by 1994, it dropped to -22F in Pittsburgh January 1994 I forgot about that, I just remembered the 2004 cold snap here and just figured Pittsburgh wouldn’t have anything colder. We have some months that overlap from when we were both in the Pittsburgh area. Yeah we definitely do.
So your all time coldest temperature experienced was here, and until 2018 that was my 2nd place (was in Bradford, PA in January when it dropped to -25F).
Also this is later, but December it hit 73F in Pittsburgh in 2003, if you were still here (you have Albany at 72F as your record).

48.6 is the highest of anyone posting so far. My hottest ever was 40C in July 2012, the last year it broke 100F.

Not sure about every month, but I felt the harsh heat of 49C in Sydney's western suburbs. It was like a dry sauna, almost like as if I was inside an oven. And the winds made it feel worse.
Still, an interesting thing to 'feel' and experience. Would never forget it.

**I also experienced 37F in some mountains (Three Sisters maybe) during the day. I also went to Alaska in June 2008 once, but I don't recall it getting below 44F where I was. Other notes: sometimes a nearby station was used if the main station had shoddy data. Furthermore, I may have been indoors at the time the extreme temperature occurred.

Due to spotty memory regarding short trips, I could well be wrong regarding quite a few months, but that should be close to it, at least for the more extreme values. Quite a lot of room for improvement on the cold side of the spectrum, especially in late autumn/early winter.
January High: 72 (Nice 2015) Low: -14 (Samedan 2017)
February High: 82 (St Maarten 2011) Low: -13 (Les Rousses 2005)
March High: 74 (Paris 2012) Low: -15 (Les Rousses 2005)
April High: 84 (Paris 2018) Low: 28 (Paris 1991, 2003)

June High: 122 (Death Valley 2010) Low: 38 (Paris 2006)
July High: 109 (Paris 2019) Low: ~28 (Rocciamelone 2016)
August High: 104 (Paris 2003) Low: dunno, around ~30 (Pyrenees)

It got up to about 20F during the day, and felt surprisingly mild with sun (still cold but not brutal).
I think I've only traveled to cold places in summer in June and August for whatever reason, and it doesn't get that cold in the South in the summer. I may have gone to the Appalachians in July and experienced cooler weather, but I don't have any particular recollection of that.
