If the station in Mitribah had been operating since 1981, do you think its July mean (1981-2010) would've been higher than that of Furnace creek?

Well to be fair, that station is no different to the myriads of highly-urbanised stations found in all major cities, of which the highly incompetent WMO tries to pass off as "reliable"…or simply make other excuses.

He is comparing it to furnace creek only which I've personally seen and it's not sitting on a patio
