Well to be fair, that station is no different to the myriads of highly-urbanised stations found in all major cities, of which the highly incompetent WMO tries to pass off as "reliable"…or simply make other excuses. |

He is comparing it to furnace creek only which I've personally seen and it's not sitting on a patio |
