Rate Canaan Valley, WV. Northern West Virginia area in the Laurel / Allegheny Mountains to the east of Pittsburgh (part of the bigger Appalachian Mountains). Relatively high in elevation at 3,250 ft.

A-, wish November to March highs were a bit colder, but otherwise very good for me.

B- decent temperature and snowfall, but too wet especially in winter. A lot of cold rain along with the snow. The data doesn't seem to match the source on NOWData or the older data from WRCC. NOWData has an annual average temp of 45.8 for 2003-2019, but the average rainfall is 64.33" WRCC has an average temp of 46.5 for a station at 3250' and rainfall of 52.15" for 1944-2007. wrcc.dri.edu/cgi-bin/cliMAIN.pl?wv1393I also found Stony River Dam (drier) wrcc.dri.edu/cgi-bin/cliMAIN.pl?wv8536

It does match.
Go to Nowdata tab, view map, hit view more stations, and click DAVIS 3SE and thats where the box is taken from it looks like.

I did exactly that but I get different numbers than the box. Here is precipitation.
