I was brutally molested by AJ1013 who insisted I post my dream climate. I like Cfa climates so i wouldnt call one specific climate my dream but a wide range of climates! Here are a couple ones i made way back yonder.

E+ (top); boring, washed-out summers, but at least they're sunny. Winters extremely boring and dry
Notice the difference between the real Raleigh, and your dream version of Raleigh? The latter is actually a subtropical climate, with truly mild winters (unlike the cool winters of the former).
The bottom one is an F…horrifically rainy and cloudy in summer!

The top one has better precipitation, the bottom has better temps. Anyway it evens out to both E+ climates.

Bottom C- Too warm, summer into early fall is way too wet.

A- and B for the first and second climates respectively, the latter one is dragged down by the very wet summers.
Average temperatures in both climates are not unlike Houston, though without the winter cold snaps (warmer nights in winter).

Very subtropical. Too warm for me. D. Top one is better for having less summer rain. Bottom has rain most days.
