C+ for me. It is at least quite a bit better than Vancouver.

B–. Summers too mild and boring, but winter temps are nigh-perfect—unfortunately, winter is too dry. Summer sun hours are too low, and winter sun hours too high for that latitude.

Winters are okay, but just okay, and the climate is a bit too dry throughout most of the year. Summers are extremely weak; I'd imagine the warmest it gets in the average year is about 31'C. It wouldn't feel like summer to me at all, just a May that didn't know how to end or a September that came way too soon. Also, why is the all-time record low in March? Come on, man! D

B. Decent summers, too mild in winter. I'd like a warmer May-June and a much hotter record high. Sunshine is also a low for the daylight hours. Winter is stuck in the "dead zone" where it's cold but not cold enough for steady snow cover and winter activities. I prefer much colder winters. Spring and fall are decent but I'd like hotter record highs and colder lows.
