Here is the original (and wrong from unreliable sources) table for La Mongie, which Wilko gave an A+ (he also considered LAX to be an A climate, while downtown LA was a D):  Anyone want to give this polar hole a rating anyway? |

D for Delightful.
He's right, winter is very good. Cold, snowy, and sunny. But it's winter for too long, and summer doesn't exist. D+ which is probably the highest I'll rate an ET climate.

Eβ. Frigid winters, and extremely gay summers (but at least summers are sunny). Snowfall should be at least ~ 3 m with that temp + precip combo in winter and the shoulder seasons, so that's a major saving grace.
